Who this applies to

Runtab is a service offered by Enterprise Web Service LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we," "us," or "Runtab"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Runtab application and related services. By subscribing to or using Runtab, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may only link financial accounts that you personally own or are explicitly authorized to access. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer Runtab, evade our rate limits, or use the service to aggregate data on behalf of third parties without their consent.

No warranty

Runtab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Totals and transaction data displayed should not be treated as authoritative financial records; authoritative data comes from the issuing banks.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enterprise Web Service LLC and its officers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of Runtab. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Runtab in the twelve months preceding the claim. You remain responsible for reconciling the numbers displayed by Runtab with your bank's authoritative records before making financial decisions.

Service availability

The service runs on private infrastructure without uptime commitments. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages happen without notice.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, for non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice. On termination we will delete your personal data within 90 days unless a longer retention is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
